Hilltown Hot Pies @ Katchkie Farm

Best pies around and very creative. Their method of order-and-pay-ahead is not fail proof so be prepared to wait up to an hour for your pizzas. And if you show up late they will have given your pies to another (they supposedly don’t hold up...though I bring extras home for the next day and no problem) whatever.

I have been a thin crust pizza lover since the discovery that the pizza maker could make more dough using less dough.
For me to be in ecstasy about a Neapolitan soft dough is revolutionary. The dough has an outstanding taste, and perfectly chewy. The extremely fresh ingredients plus that sourdough was outstanding and yet simple.
One thing missing was that I did not bring a bottle of wine.
If you are even an hour away, check this out!!!

These are the BEST pizzas I have ever had! You can tell that Rafi puts so much love, time, and energy into making his naturally leavened dough. And the ingredients- straight from the farm! what could be better!? The staff is so sweet and caring, and the setting is enchanting. When you get pizza at the farm, its not just take-away. it is an immersive, farm to table experience that will make your summer!

This was some of the most scrumptious and unique pizza I’ve ever had and on such a beautiful farm. I enjoyed the margarita pizza and my partner had the Peach recipe. They were made fresh and hot right in the stone oven. Our cooks were amiable and welcoming, encouraging us to visit again. Tables were spaced apart and sanitizing spray was provided. We can’t wait to come back!
