Brix Pubaria

Grabbed a couple of appetizers for take out. Simple bar food, it was decent. The garlic knots were over cooked and hard, the potatoes wedges were really tater tots and the pizza sause dip was a really basic and not worth the calories.

I liked the place overall, but I can't say the service here was perfect. Our server tended to disappear for long periods of time, and there was no one at the front to greet people and seat them at tables. Because of this, it left my SO and I very confused as what to do. Then the person who helped us with seating was very short with us, and not in the good way. The food may have been good, but the service could have been much better.

Very busy place on a Friday night. Had the antipasto salad and the loaded pizza. Both were excellent. The service was also great. The place is a little loud with music and crowd noise. That doesn't really bother me, but just a heads up. Had a couple of Cortland Brewing Co. drafts. They have a great painting of the Beastie Boys separating the two sides of the bar. Wanted to post a pic of it, but forgot to take the damn pic. Next time!!!

Brix has whole vegan and gluten free menus and often have new items. The are aware of special needs diet restrictions and very helpful. We go often and have liked everything we have had. Our non vegan friends and family have enjoyed their meals as well. Good food, good drinks and good staff.
Even the few times we have had to wait it has been worth it
