    Love KFC this place has good chicken 90% of the time. This trip could tell the chicken was not recently cookes

    The chicken is delicious. Service is usually good. However 5/16/19 The lobby was full of people waiting for orders. Very long wait for food. I called corporate and lodged a complaint. The customer service representative was thankful for the call. Hopefully more crew will help speed up service during peak times.

    Very good every time I go. Wish they would bring one back to Ithaca Ny!
