Chappie's has just taken over the restaurant venue at Sheapards Hill. This is an amazing six / five star meal. We highly recommend.
Sharon, the owner, attends to every detail. The wait staff has a upbeat and cheerful disposition, the food is amazing and the venue overlooks what was Jay Goulds private alpine golf course. The best Catskill dining experience there is.
Really enjoyed the retirement party held at Shepherd Hills. The food was delicious and staff were very warm and friendly.
Went twice recently - once to the newly opened tavern for beer and snacks, then back to the tavern again a few days later after playing 9 holes. The place is great. It's comfortable and casual, yet the small, very reasonably-priced plates are of high quality. The setting is beautiful. I can't wait to get back to Roxbury to visit again!
