Pan and Peel Pizza

I was recommended this place by a good friend for our shared love of trying different pizza whenever possible. I’m a big fan of thin crispy crust.

For the pizza I enjoy the most, which would be similar to what barstool one bite videos enjoy the most, this is one of the best pizza’s I have ever had.

I got the pie have plain cheese and the other half with their signature hot honey and basil. Both slices were out of this world!

I recommend trying a slice in person or in the parking lot before you leave to get the best version of what I’m describing.

Look at the photos, the undercarriage cracks to the touch and your first bite from the front of the slice has a crisp with almost no flop.

I also had a Sicilian White slice that was fantastic. All the flavor you would expect on a crispy thick light and bubbly crust.

I can’t recommend this place enough. The owner and staff are super friendly as well! I would rate the cheese slice at a 9.7

Top notch only great pizza in hopewell. The secret is in the crust light and crispy. Need to know how they make the dough. The toppings exceptionally done. When u try first time can’t go anywhere else for pizza.

Pan and peel pizza is bringing the beat pizza to your table in my opinion. The pg hot honey pie is a popular savory pizza. The classic focaccia is a must to try as well. Great owner and staff. I will always bring my business here for my pizza craving. Must stop in. Be open minded and try the entire menu. Even the sweet treats will finish the meal nicely. Dutchess County, watch out! Pan and Peel Pizza is by far the best in the Hopewell Junction area. The crust is so light and airy. The sauce is divine. I ordered the plain with garlic and it was delicious! Can't wait to try some of their other offerings.

Totally enjoyed this Pizza experience. The owner and master pizzaiolo Eric might be young but he has truly mastered pizza making. This is a well crafted pizza especially the dough. The square slice is more of a focaccia that is much lighter and more airy than traditional heavy Sicilian pizza. It’s also packed with layers of flavors and a light crispy bottom. I tried the one topped with hot soppressata and hot honey. It was sweet and savory…. Sooo Good. I will definitely be a regular at this place. Nice going Eric and thanks for putting passion back into pizza. Welcome to Hopewell Junction..
