Tomas Tapas Bar & Restaurant

This place is GREAT. We did two tapas flights... as we have the other half dozen times we have been there. Having weistephaner on tap makes it even better! This is definitely a great place to eat.

Tomas, and his chef Ramon, put together an scrumptious southern style barbecue for our wedding day. It was down home cooking, but they kept the event sophisticated nonetheless. They made some fantastic sauces, they had tasty greens, great black eyed peas and some of the best chicken, brisket and ribs I've had not just in the area, but anywhere even close to this area. People went up for seconds and thirds.
The whole Parties by Tomas staff was helpful through the whole day- Tomas made sure my wife and I got food during the cocktail hour and offered to put plates together for us during the reception. The planning process was painless, he took our suggestions and incorporated them- even some recipes my Arkansas born-and-bred mother-in-law sent up to him. The rosemary-cayenne peanuts were a hit. He had great suggestions throughout the whole process and we really enjoyed working with him.
