The Green Bowl

Every meal that I’ve ordered from The Green Bowl Cafe has been super fresh and tasty! It’s such an amazing feeling to be able to order something gluten free from somewhere so close to my home. Everyone who works there is very pleasant and the cafe, even though it’s a large space, feels so nice and cozy! I recommend any of the empanadas, they’re my fave!

The Green Bowl has been a lifesaver for me in times when I want to grab some food quickly without completely doing myself in. Suffering from gluten intolerance and not having any option is frustrating. Of course salad is always an option but now having the ability to order an gluten free empanada is the best! You can tell the final ingredient in all of the food is love and that is very important to my holistic lifestyle!

I’ve always dreamed for a local food restaurant opening up and actually being healthy and not using artificial products. And yesterday , I found it ! They have everything you could think about when you think you want to eat healthy tonight ! All the way to build your own salads , to meal replacement smoothies! I fell instantly in love. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu .. as well as very affordable! :)

Love these kinds of healthy local cafe. Stopped in to realize they opened about 3 weeks ago. My honest review: The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. I ordered an arepas (after getting an explanation on what it was) and waited about 25min for it, which was not expected at this type of restaurant. A warning that it would take a while because they had to make them fresh would have been appreciated. I decided to call ahead to order another one because it turned out to be delicious. This one was ready quicker but the dough wasn't cooked all the way through on one side so that was a bit disappointing. With the salad bar, they seemed to be a little stingy on the toppings. The prices were a little higher than I would expect. (Itd be nice to see specials) This was my reason for the 3 stars but I think this place has a lot of potential and it's a great type of cafe to add to the area.

Really cute place! The empanada was great! I just wish they gave more chicken on the salad as they do charge extra for it and I only got like three thin chunks. Otherwise a great healthy lunch place!
