    Great restaurant that allows you time to enjoy your meal and your company without being rushed. Food is always delicious and well prepared. Staff is friendly and courteous.

    I have been going to Carlo's Trattoria since the very first day they opened and I have always left extremely happy and satisfied. The food they serve is not your everyday Italian Restaurant menu . It's an experience for your mouth to savor and enjoy. My family enjoys the specials that the Chef puts on the menu each week which never bores us . The family atmosphere makes you feel right at home . If you have not traveled to Northern Italy? Carlos Trattoria is as close as you can get without a long flight on a plane .
