    Beijing Chef is a Pleasant Valley staple of sorts. Dinner time is very busy, tonight's take out took 45 minutes to pick up. I won't say that is normal but happens from time to time. Food is always decent, sometimes great sometimes OK. I'd call them a traditional local town chinese food restaurant. There is some seating here but don't expect wait staff and what not.

    They have really great sesame chicken and general tso chicken.
