Ruby Tuesday

The salad bar is to die for. The service is excellent and very professional. The ambience is very inviting.

We really enjoyed our meal here this time, others not so much. The menu does not change that often but there is something for everyone even those on the keto diet. That salad bar is fair, certainly not as nice as the one at Charlie Brown's but it works. Service as with anywhere else is hit or miss. The coffee is very good and I'm happy to see that they offer Splenda. It is convenient if you are out shopping but I doubt that I would just come here if I wasn't already in the mall.

I had a free birthday coupon that I get every year from them. But I always enjoy going here even without the coupon. (I wouldn't have signed up for it if I didn't enjoy the food)
The staff are friendly, the service pretty good ( we did go at prime lunch rush... ) and the food was delicious.

Used to go to Ruby Tuesday in Albany on a regular basis. As costs rose and quality declined we took this place of it list.
However I'm glad I have this location a chance. The Ruby Tuesday in the Poughkeepsie Galleria is the best one I've been to.
Friendly staff, clean, good food.

Food was fine. This night, there were many problems in the restaurant though. Lights were not working in a section of the dining area and service was slow. So slow, in fact, that the manager was called from table to table for complaining customers and offering complimentary items or taking items off of checks. We did not experience the slowness with our service, though we did sit in the dark area of the restaurant so our experience was not ideal. Next time, we will look to restaurants in the area instead of going for the convenience of this mall location.
