Billy Bob's BBQ

Terrific food and great music. Not quite Wilbur's (& about twice as expensive!), but truly delicious food in it's own right and not really over priced for this area. Funky, slightly loud but casual and friendly atmosphere. We'll be going again soon

I get take out at Billy Bob's couple of times a month, decided to try 2 meat combo this time. Beef brisket is always good, pork explosion was extremely salty, so salty I was unable to eat it after the 1st bite. I am a sausage lover that would never order this item again. Both sides as always were excellent. Gary at Billy Bob's made good on the item I was dissatisfied with on my most recent order.

My first time here. I ordered the chili, cornbread, mac and cheese, and the sweet potato fries, was so good. Great service, cozy atmosphere. If you want good barbecue, good food and awesome service come to Billy Bob's

First time I ever went their a man was sitting at the bar with a parrot on his shoulder, that's when I knew I was in the right place! ????Their pulled pork tacos are to die for!! It's pretty clean and in a nice area of Poughkeepsie NY. I personally don't like the decor. I think it could use some updating to reflect their crowd (young to middle aged adults. )

This place didn't look much from the outside, but once inside it felt like I was in a log cabin. I had the beef brisket it was unreal how soft it was .I had 4 big pieces and needed no knife. Since I have rated other restaurants a 5 and cannot lower their ratings, I give this 6 stars. I also had Collard greens best ever ,I believe the greens had pork in them for flavor. I ordered coleslaw which was also freshly made with little or no sugar unlike the store bought slaw most places give you. I am glad no bread was put on the table.
