    Definitely some of the best sushi and Asian food in the area.

    Bonsai is my favorite stop for Japanese food in Poughkeepsie, Wappingers, and Hyde Park. I have visited in Japan and fell in love with the culture and the food. Whenever I need to get my fix, I can come here and it takes me right back. Their sushi is fantastic, the bento is amazing and very fillling, and their prices are quite good as well! I am a regular here because of their ability to consistently produce good food.

    I tried 2 new rolls today: Angel roll and Teriyaki roll. Both were phenomenal! Fresh ingredients, full of flavor, fast service...I couldn't ask for more! Definitely check them out!
