(December 12, 2018, 11:36 pm)My friend and I decided we would try out this restaurant for brunch on Sunday prior to our adventure of walking the Mid-Hudson walkway from the Poughkeepsie side. When we arrived, there was a packed restaurant (always a good sign) and seating for a private party in the bar area, so we took a seat at the bar. Our bartender, Bridget, was super friendly and made us awesome drinks ... a Bloody Mary and I had a Peach Bellini ... delicious! My friend ordered an egg breakfast and I had the Ice House Omelette (great choice). Our food and the presentation was top notch. We met the General Manager, Gunther, to commend him for running such a great ship or Ice House! I read about their seafood mac n cheese. Will be back to try the next time I'm in the area! What a gem we found!
