Bubbakoo's Burritos

I know that this place just opened when I went, so I am offering it a sense of leniency for being new. I was greeted by someone while in line in a relatively quick fashion and they were extremely friendly. They talked to me about the different offerings that they have and when I had selected one they made it according to my specifications. The meat was overdrenched in sauce but otherwise it was very tasty. The only complaint that I had was that it was literally dripping all over the place as I tried to eat it because of the excessive amount of sauce that was used. Otherwise, quite tasty and I would go back to try the different sauces and offerings that they had.

While I had a bad experience my first time, Bubbakoos was kind enough to refund me and give me a credit for my experience. The food was delicious and I look forward to trying them out again for a more positive experience. Thank you Bubbakoo's for rectifying the situation and for your apology. Your customer service was great!

I’m am beyond disappointed with my experience today. I ordered my food at 5 for a 545 pick up. Got there at 535. I waited with my child who was growing continuously impatient and restless and watched people come, sit down, eat, and leave. At 613 I went and asked about my food and explained my wait time and was told “sorry we will remake it”. I continued to wait until 626 when I watched someone who had a 620 pick up get their food. I ultimately got my food and left at 630. Not exactly the best first impression. Honestly based on the taste of food it would have been a five star review because it was really good. But the fact that I was left to wait so long even after I spoke with an employee and got an apology, was frustrating and the fact that they continued making other peoples food who showed up after me even after bringing it to their attention was disappointing to say the least.

This was my families first encounter with a Bubbakoo’s Burritos, although the food was tasty and well portioned, they forgot the protein on my children’s food. I tried to call them a couple of times and received no answer, so we had to drive back to the restaurant. They remade the food correctly which I highly appreciate, but this is not a good way to start business. There is competition around here including Mexicali Blue and Chipotle, I suggest that you guys do better or you’ll lose business.

Food was better than I’ve had at other Bubbakoo’s restaurants. Was in and eating so quick, customer service was absolutely brilliant! I was given a menu in line that explained all of the options in case this was my first time here, as is for a lot of people. Ordered the burrito and it was made absolutely perfect. I had accidentally asked for meat and then decided I didn’t want it and they were absolutely willing to create a new burrito for me! Recommend to everyone and will definitely be visiting this particular restaurant again!

Went during opening day and the atmosphere was epic! There was a nice gentleman at the front greeting you as you walk in. The staff is very supportive and work very diligently to get you your order as soon as possible. Definitely recommend this place for a healthy and savory meal!
