    Fine dining at it's best. Such an amazing menu and a talented chef. Food is unlike any other restaurant I've been to. This is next level food here.

    Mercato is a island of Roma in Red Hook, NY. From appetizer, to your main course through dessert. They bring the favors of Roma to our little village. Open Wednesday to Sunday. Give them a try on Wednesday or Thursday for a one on one experience. There is no other Italian food like this in the Hudson Valley.
