    This is a very small joint. We were met with an outstanding smell of smoky bbq as we arrived. We had corn fritters for our appetizer. They were just about the size of baseballs & were cooked to perfection. The remoulade with it was awesome. Our dinner was served with complimentary brisket gumbo... awesome! The main course was a brisket stew over seasoned fries. This had just the right amount of heat & smoke. This was definitely a ten. We also had a Flat Tire White Ale that was ice cold. Our server was on point who gave us just the right amount of attention. We will most certainly be returning.

    Food is great as is the Old Vine Zinfandel! One of the best BBQ restaurants around! Brisket, pastrami and dry rub ribs are delicious.

    What a great place! Their smoked pastrami and spicy mustard was the best I’ve had and their wings were excellent too, crispy and tasty. Loved the sweet potato fries too. Everyone loved their food. Service was friendly and portions were big, fair prices. Check this place out for BBQ or any meal near/in Rhinebeck

    We had the Brisk Special over fries ,Half Rack St Louis Spare Ribs, Pulled Pork, Mashed Potatoes and Mac and Cheese!
    Everything had mouth watering flavor.

    For an appetizer we had a Dozen wings that were both juicy and flavorful!

    The complementary soups were simply delicious.
