Dairy Queen is one of my childhood restaurants. The ice cream is execellent. The staff is friendly. I haven't been to Dairy Queen in a long time.
My first time at Dairy Queen, it was really good. Way faster than I thought they would be and also the customer service was good and the restaurant was really clean! I got the 6 dollar deluxe burger combo and upgraded my sundae to a Reese's blizzard for a dollar. I think it's a good value. The burger was really good. I feel like it's better than other fast food places. The blizzard was excellent. I flipped it upside down and yes it all stayed in the cup. I don't live in the area but next time I'm here I definitely be back!
Tonight we received outstanding customer service in your London road branch,Glasgow. We were served by Nicole who was immediately warm and welcoming and took interest in our evening. Rather than us wait she said she would bring our food to our table.
While at the table, Yvonne approached us and started to chat with us. Again very interested in our evening and with a warm welcome and a good laugh.
This high level of customer service in your restaurants is very rare and as a manager I believe in rewarding staff who go out their way to give 100% customer service. Please can I ask you make sure this is recognised and the girls are given full praise.
Great service from the manager Leah. I ordered a cake over the phone for a family member for his birthday last year. My experience was excellent in every way, including processing a phone order, the other team members were courteous, and the cake was exactly what I ordered. So, I did the same this year! Only this year's experience was better. A team member immediately referred me to Leah. Leah remembered me. She knew her products, describing each one. She listened to my budgetary needs and implemented a custom upselling approach that worked for both of us! I was satisfied with my purchase and was $3 above budget, which I was happy to spend because the customer service was extraordinary.
