Blaze Pizza

We had a really great time as a family at Blaze. There was a mixup between my pizza and another customer's, but the staff took care of it. Pizza was delicious and didn't take long and pricing was fair. The real highlight though was the outdoor area. Several tables (including adorable mini picnic tables for kids), lawn games, and torches and a fireplace which I imagine will be used once it is dark and cool in the evening (it has been a couple weeks since our visit). We will definitely return when we're in the area!

Interesting concept; Moe's Southwestern Grill meets Pizza Hut. A lot of different possibilities - almost overwhelming. There are a few prearranged options as well. The staff is relatively nice but it almost rushing. The food is good though.

Their pizza is great and they have a lot of options! I highly appreciate their care for customers with food allergies, they always offer to change gloves before making my pizza as soon as I mention my allergy and get ingredients from closed containers. They even have separate cutters for specialty pizzas so they're not contaminated with allergens from others. It does get very busy at this location and the line sometimes goes out the door, but they always get through everyone in decent time.

This emerging trend of build-your-food-in-line can be pretty hit or miss. This place is on the far extreme of amazing. The ingredients are fresh and really tasty. The crust is delicious. It's pretty consistent, I've been a ton of times and only had one or two pizzas that were a bit off the mark, and even those were far better than other places. Usually they will ask if you're okay with the amount of sauce, cheese, etc. so you can dial in your order. Only problem is if they dump too much cheese before you realize, but again that is super rare. The prices are so reasonable and there are frequently deals if you download the loyalty app. It can be slightly loud but still easy to converse. Will keep coming back many many times.
