The guy with the beard is the best thing that happened to this place. He makes me feel welcomed from the heart. Plus the food is better than most BBQ joints around here

Loved this place!!! I have been going here for sometime almost two years. Everytime I go here the customer service is above and beyond. The manager of this store is an attentive and very helpful guy! He brings food to tables, checks on customer to make sure everything is good, and helps in anyway he can. Today while I was on a very important business call, my wife with two children, went into the store to start looking at what to order. The manager had served up the food, brought it to the table, help with drinks and BBQ sauce, and made sure they were happy and waited for me to come in to charge for the food. I can not say enough about how great the staff is and the food is just as good!!! I suggest the chopped beef brisket! Thanks for a great lunch my wife wants to go again!

Dickies is great fast food BBQ. Never been disappointed. I wish they had more options for sides that were dairy free. Staff is always quick and friendly. The smoked food is good but does have that fast food restaurant feeling

Based on the existing reviews I didn't know what to expect so I didn't have my expectations high. My expectations were blown away! Service was outstanding, food was outstanding. Served moist and with just the right amount of spices the pulled pork and beef brisket were phenomenal! The regular BBQ was just the right amount of tangy and the spicy BBQ sauce was excellent. Our only complaint was they served us liquid butter that was served cold. It was good just not what we expected.
The family dinner was outrageously large, between the sides and the one pound of each meat was way too much food for the four of us! We left with almost half of it remaining!

I love this place. Nice BBQ ribs and pull pork. They have awesome sides as well. Service is good. I highly recommend
