3 Stars due to noise, ambiance, hard chairs, and ability to save leftovers. Otherwise, the food and price were very good.

This was my first time at this restaurant so I didn't know what to expect.
The people behind the counter were not forthcoming with explanations on how things worked unless I asked specific questions. And that was hard to do since I didn't know what to ask plus it was very noisy and hard to hear.

Noisy because of all the chopping going on and the austere decor (hard chairs and tables) so nothing to absorb sound. We were there just before the lunch rush and while we were eating, the line went to the door and beyond. That added to the noise.

I can't emphasize enough just how noisy all the chopping behind the counter is.

Food was very good and fresh. The salad my aunt had was all chopped very small, which I didn't realize would happen. It was very good, BUT the problem with the chopped salad is that if you don't finish it then and want to take some home, chopped salad does not keep well...it gets mushy. I had a wrap that was very good. The food all looked good and I liked that ingredients could be customized.

If you can't read the menu high on the wall they do have a printed one you can take to the table to read over, which I recommend for your first visit.

It looked to me that most of the orders were take out while we were there at lunch. So I suppose the noise isn't an issue if you are not eating in.

One other point: if you are handicapped and use a wheelchair, the soap dispenser in the ladies' bathroom is too high on the wall. It was high even for me while standing. The bathroom was clean.

Decent pizza . Short wait time. Cost was easy on the budget.

Loved the salad wish it had the correct ingredients for what I ordered but I wasn't paying attention while they were making it. The pizza could have been much better. Cooked more in center. reasonable pricing for a gourmet subway in a bowl type place.

Fantastic light pizza. Not too heavy on sauce or cheese. Just the right amount. Ingredients are fresh and prepared in a 625 degree oven. Friendly staff too. Might be nice to expand the drink selection or get a machine where you can make more than one drink at a time.

FANTASTIC! Our new favorite place for salad! It can be changed according to your pallet there are so many choices! When you want to break the keto diet you can have the incredible pizzas all personally made in the brick oven. The dough is outstanding spoken from a true Italian! Clean! Service is great! Highly recommend it!
