Hokkaido Cafe

My first time at this new restaurant. The sushi was fresh and the owner took the time to explain the menu and how to order. It's a great change from the former restaurant in this location. Highly recommended.

Ordered takeout from here the other night. The deep fried pickle sushi was something I've never seen before and it was pretty tasty. Scallion pancakes were a little oily, but the flavor was there. Decent prices and decent food.

The sushi was great, very fresh tasting, especially compared to our usual go-to. The appetizers (calamari and avocado salad) were really good too

We’ve moved from Seattle where Japanese community big and there are a good choice of great sushi places. Hokkaido Sushi is our place to go now to get fresh delicious sushi in Wiliamsville area. There is an option with brown rice which we loved! The chef is very friendly and always greets with the smile. Also, I’ve been ordering their sushi through app Beyond Menu “to go” and my order was always ready pretty fast. Highly recommended!
