NOVEL Restaurant

Restaurant was recently renovated and was spacious, trendy and clean. Service very good. Food good too. Had Octopus for appetizer and scallops for dinner; both nice. Hubby had artichoke appetizer and lasagna with side of meatballs; both good but he loved lasagna most. Drinks poured on generous side. Have specials at bar and I think something on Sundays too. Good experience.

Good for a romantic dinner. On the expensive end and not sure why the outside looks like a automobile repair place

An excellent Easter brunch! Everything I had was great! The staff was very attentive & very pleasant. The mimosa was crisp. The presentation of the buffet looked just as good as it tasted. Loved the Waldorf salad, the potatoes & the pancakes. The lamb was served with mint pesto. The mint pesto was awesome! The mint in the pesto was so fresh, it tasted like it was ground in front of you. The macaroons for dessert were delicious. Anxious to go back to check out their regular menu.

I absolutely recommend NOVEL to anyone looking for a great meal. I recently brought my family and their friends for dinner. All the plates were spectacular from the Strip to the Salmon. The cocktails were spot on and the service was exceptional. If you haven't been there yet I'd make it a point to do so.
