Great employees who are knowledgeable and helpful. Easy going and good to talk to. The shakes are very good as well. Meals taste great and don’t taste like you’d expect a “health meal” to taste

Really great customer service, guy came out from behind the counter to explain to me everything they have and gave me a free sample one of their most popular protein shakes, also they have a machine that will give you your body fat percentage and all types of useful information to know where you are currently in your fitness journey..food wasn't as great as I think it could be but hopefully they turn that around because I really enjoyed stopping in . I will give them a second chance

My go-to place for lean, healthy meals on a weekly basis for work-related travel. Food is good too! Allows me to eat healthy on the road with consistent portion control. PLN in addition to other smart eating habits has been a key driver in weight loss of 20-25 lbs. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Always look forward to stopping by. Highly recommend.

Great shakes and customer service. The food needs some work. If your only goal is to eat lean food and taste isn’t important than this is the place for you. I love the community aspect of how they run their business. My opinion would be to not freeze the food unless requested or it’s being shipped because once defrosted the amount of water at the bottom creates a mess for the food.
