The Pub by Wegmans

Food was excellent, I enjoyed the maple bacon burger which was cooked just the way I wanted it. My server was Kathleen was phenomenal by being very friendly and attentive. However, my reason for only giving three stars was I noticed one of the food attendants, I didn't catch his name because he left the table so quickly, however I believe he had dark black hair and wore glasses, seemingly unsteady carrying plates to tables. During my visit he seemed to stop at the host stand quite a bit, even when there was food waiting to be taken to a table. I felt very uneasy as he seemed to keep touching the hostess on her back which was clearly making her uncomfortable. This happened multiple times during my visit and made the overall experience less pleasant.

Food is really good, price a bit on the high side. Good beer selection in tap as well.

The food here seems to be taken from the buffet. Tried several items was a little disappointed. Not cheap, a bit pricey too. Service was excellent. Don't forget your coupon from your receipt. Wegmans is the best grocery store so maybe our expectations were a bit high.

I have dined here three times now. Each time the wait staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The food is always spot on and the price is excellent. I have tried new beers and food based on the recommendation of the staff. I can see food as it is prepared... the chef/cooks are always clean and attentive to presentation. The one thing I would recommend is to allow the staff to ditch the Wegmans name tags... they make the eatery a little less cozy. Plus the Wegmans uniform... I almost forget I'm in a grocery store having a great meal until that name tag jumps out at me.
