Better than other Wendys But it seems they are sweet pickles. I prefer the dill they used to have. I also didn't realize they charge 50 cents extra for the enhanced lemonade. 4for44 is a good deal. Also the 60 cents add on is also a good deal. Same size salad at Tops is 4.99. Here it is 2.49.
I really enjoy there burgers, sandwiches, salads.(ok, the frosties and chili too!) However I have been greatly dissatisfied with the Wendy's in the Buffalo University district. One half hour wait, before I left has been the longest outside, not a whole lot better inside. Three visits in my car left me with incomplete orders. One of the situations, (upon returning the next day) I was questioned by a manager as if I was trying to get over. I don't know if both of us being African American had anything to do with it. I no that Dave would be very disappointed with this facility, and I am very proud to have had Dave as a friend and a golf partner. I know that there are many people who experienced what I have and may not take the time to comment. It has been a while since I've been to this location for myself, but I hope that they have improved and taken care of cleaning up regularly. Concerned
Very clean and the staff was very friendly and nice. It is your typical Wendy's restaurant with the usual Wendy's fare. I thoroughly enjoyed the new frosty sundae. Damn good!
Note to Wendy's corporate: some people don't eat things like bacon but enjoy a good chicken sandwich. STOP PUTTING BACON ON YOUR CHICKEN!! I know, some are thinking "just order it without the bacon", I'm still paying for it though. It's not like asking for no lettuce or such as it is a more costly item, check what it costs to add bacon to a sandwich anywhere versus adding tomato. Make adding it an option and charge a little more for it and you'll make more money with less waste.
