    Slowest possible service at a McDonald's in the area, lacking any and all customer service. Waited in line for 15 minutes with a mobile order only to pull up to the screen 2 minutes after breakfast was done for them to say they can't do anything..even though I ordered far enough in advance and had to wait in the line which means I didn't get my food because who wants a burger at 10:30am and they couldn't refund me to "do it through the app" when the app clearly states you have to go to the store for refund. Just some of the worst experiences in fast food I've had here

    Food was good, but 5 out of 7 tables in half the building we sat in were dirty. This seems to be the norm when we go there.

    The receipt is a bit hard to read, but I had a great experience!! It's rare that I encounter amazing people at McDonald's, but today blew me out of the water. Shavonda and Charla (I think-she was at the second window) were absolutely amazing. Their energy was outstanding and their smiles were warm and sincere. Excellent customer service and fantastic representation of McDonald's. All employees should learn from these two individuals. Great job y'all!!
