Liberty Hound

I love Liberty Hound, and have been there several times in the last few years. I would love to give them a five star review, but my experience today made me feel rather awkward and uncomfortable. When walking in to a not so crowd restaurant, you immediately see a security guard. My boyfriend and I made eye contact with the security guard present. After being seated in the restaurant, I went to use the restroom. I had to walk passed the security guard to go the restroom. I when was walking back to my seat, I was greeted with two women who were in my way, leaving very little room for me to walk around them. I managed, but while walking around them the security guard asked to see my ID?! For what reason, I really don’t know. It took me aback at first since I had already been in the restaurant. When stated “I was just in the restaurant” she stated “oh, you’re fine then”. It was an awkward exchange, and I’m still confused as to why I was questioned? Especially since I had passed her TWICE prior and don’t understand the issue I had apparently caused for her to need to see my ID. This experience left a slightly bad taste in my mouth.

This place was too crowded so you need to wait for a while. There was a big parking lots and it was crowded so we had to walk. We had salad for the appetizer which was amazing. For me I had the tacos and it was excellent, and my friend had Burger. We shared dessert and it was average. Highly recommended.

Best guilt free restaurant meal ever...fish tacos! And they are amazing here! Tons of fresh veggies and salad on the side. You leave full but NEVER bloated. That is generally what I eat here but my husband and others tell me the rest of the food is just as fantastic! Service is prompt and our server was pleasant, friendly and attentive. Service was fast and the views indoors and out are great! Restrooms clean. Love this place!
