Roost

I was visiting Buffalo for the weekend and decided on Roost for a Saturday morning brunch spot after reading all the great reviews. It definitely did not disappoint! The interior is decorated like a cross between a rustic, southern cafe and hipster coffee shop. We loved the decor!

Innovative cuisine, beautifully prepared and presented. Don't get too comfortable with the menu, it changes monthly. The wait staff are pleasant, efficient, but not in your face. We had the allium pizza tonight. It was knock your socks off good.

The experience at Roost is always exceptional, and today was no different. My husband and I shared a few plates, and loved each one. We started with a watermelon salad that looked like tuna tartar. It was so delicious. We then had the fluke and creamed corn which could have been the best dish I have ever enjoyed. The fennel, sausage, and onion pizza was also phenomenal. It had perfect chewy crust and all the toppings complemented themselves wonderfully. We finished our meal by sharing the blue fish cakes. Yum! Oh yeah, the sangria was delicious as well. If you haven't checked out Roost yet you must do so!

Great place. Mushroom pizza out of this world! Service is top notch. I love when people are just so nice and want to help you h e a great experience. Have been here 3 times always live it!!!

This is a great place for any and every occasion: family, couples, events, special occasions or just to grab a bite! There is enough for every taste and every pocket. The menu changes very often, so it is difficult for me to recommend a specific dish, bet anything I’ve eaten at this place is delicious!! Chef Martin is a true artist and loves to socialize with his guests. His staff is also great, they perform beautifully both in the kitchen, behind the bar and at the tables. It is places like this that make Buffalo a great place!!!
