First of all, the doorway of this place's hours is rather narrow and they make a lot of.little changes. While Roost does something like changing styles to their menu, for example, that's fine. But their hours ought to be broader at least considering where this space is.This place is worth a try. If it seems quiet, don't hesitate to ask the cafe questions.

Work/eat paradise for digital nomads. Fantastic food, great WiFi, multiple rooms and corners to post-up with a laptop and/or take calls. Both their outdoor and indoor spaces are gorgeous and the staff is wonderful. Love this place!

Food 5/5 stars, service 3/5stars, management 1/5. Let me explain my brunch experience to you this past week.
Our group of 4 was eating brunch, and 3 of us got our orders on time, 1 of us the order was forgotten about.
They fixed the missing order, but not until 20min after original orders had been delivered.
The missing order was a soup dish, and it did not come with a spoon. We had to use another members coffee spoon to eat it.
2 members got their food but it did not include the fruit dish that was supposed to come with it despite reminding the server 2 times. Ultimately the fruit dishes did come out but nearly an hour after they were originally placed.
When we complained to the manager she became hostile and said she would take the soup off the order "but that's all I'll do" and quickly walked away.
Many of us have worked service industry, we know things can get out of control. But we also know how important owning mistakes is and they were unprofessional about it.
The table next to us waited over an hour without getting their food and they left angrily.
The food we did get was great. Our waitress was pleasant but the overall experience was severely lacking, especially for what we paid.

I have enjoyed and excellent tasty and colorful meal here in the past. Today, I heard a pastry calling my name. The bakery was impeccable, and the chocolate chip , cake like and flavorful. To my surprise, the double chocolate cookie, had a complexity of flavor, making it rich and satisfying! I believe there were hints of espresso & and not an overpowering sweetness, delicious! Nikki was pleasant and efficient and genuinely interested in helping me make a good choice, as I hadn't visited the bakery before. Well done! A stop worthy dot on the map!
