Tappo

The food was amazing, but the servers struggled with our large group. They didn't keep track of who ordered what, so people that ordered similar dishes got mixed up. Also, they wouldn't do separate checks, so it took forever to do the math to pay for our meal (some people got multiple mixed drinks, and some people were children, so splitting evenly wasn't really fair). Basically, 5 stars for the food, 3 stars for service.

Shared with friends, an amazing meal in the igloo of pasta, meatballs, chicken cutlets (my favorite). All food was hot, even though the wonderful server had to bring it in the cold. I HIGHLY recommend. It was our 2nd winter going. The igloo is cozy and comfortable. If you're a person who is usually cold, dress warm and choose a seat by the heater. There is condensation that accumulates on the igloo and drips but I didn't find it a problem but I thought I should mention it. If you're going you won't be disappointed.

Awesome little bar with bay doors that allow for nice environment in the summer. We had the fresh bread and it was amazing. Didn't want anything heavy as we walked around and it soaked up just enough to keep us going. The olive oil was amazing.

Tappos is a great restaurant for family or friends. Excellent servers, very attentive. We ate in the igloos on the roof on late December and had no complaints about being cold. Each igloo has 2 heaters and even a dehumidifier! Great view of the city skyline. We every much enjoyed our time there, wasn't the first time and certainly won't be the last!

Had dinner with a large group of friends here on a busy Friday night. Service was very good and attentive. Food was very good also. My scallops had good flavor and nice texture. They were sold out of a dessert I wanted. Probably better for my waistline, though. Overall a good experience. We will definitely be back.
