They consistently exceed our expectations with creative craft cocktails and unique dishes. We try to get to the Dapper Goose each season as the menu is always being refreshed. On the current menu we love the Halibut with parsnip puree and Kohlrabi small plate. Standards that never disappoint are the Cauliflower (wish I knew how to prepare at home its outstanding) their Hamburger and Korean Fried Chicken. Great energy and vibe always. Get ready for an evening of fresh tastes and combinations.
Drinks were delicious. Broccoli was delicious....I know they made broccoli taste amazing!
I didn't drinks order off the menu, I just told the bartender (mixologist?) What types of drinks I liked and he made two different options that were spot on.
Expect it to be pricey, but prices align with the quality of food, atmosphere and level of service.
Staff is extremely friendly and caring. The cheese sampler is amazing. The burger was a little salty. The halibut was amazing as was the kimchee rice. The fries were inconsistent. One plate had perfect fries, the other plate had salty pieces of potato skin overly fried. If you go, spend the money on the cheese sampler!
Very interesting and different menu. High quality food nicely prepared. Some what over - salted tonight but, I'd go again.
Friendly, well informed, helpful staff.
This is a nice place with interesting interior design. The food is I would say of average quality. Nothing earthshaking to justify such a high review rating. Staff is polite and helpful. Below the line The Dapper Goose is worth of visiting but don't expect amazing culinary experience there.
