    Absolutely awful. I had an online order that couldn’t be fulfilled so they told me they would give me a refund. They didn’t. I was then told to go to another location the day after at noon. Drove 40 minutes to the other location to stand there for an hour and have them tell me they had no manager or supervisor call their store to give me my food. I really think I’m done with Tim Hortons. This has wasted over 2 hours of my time and I was lied to multiple times. And I wasn’t able to pay with a credit card either. The app made me get a gift card. Wasted my money on awful service and no help.
    (Update) I have been helped by someone who didn't cause any of this. She is so sweet and took responsibility for it. She definitely made me less stressed.

    AMAZING SERVICE!!!!1!. All the kids there are so nice. This kid named Joe was so polite and amazing at handling my stuff. Ive worked in the fast food business for 10 years and they are hands down the best Ive seen at the job! UwU

    I love this location my coffee is always made right & the workers are very respectful and amazing. Never a long wait either!!!!!!
