Rachels Mediterranean Grill

Just visited the new location on Walden because I saw that today the bowls & wraps would be 50% off as advertised on Instagram! I made sure before I ordered and I was casually told "Oh....No, we decided not to do that today. Maybe another time when we're open longer" HUH??? How do you post this on your social media and then just cancel it? I told my friends, the lady at the Post Office, etc. Embarrassing for me and completely LAME for a business. I did order and pay full price, the food was delicious as always but I'm not sure I'll return anytime soon.

My first time. The wrap was delicious the African American female with the glasses on really helped me. She is a AWESOME employee.I will be back because of the great customer service & food!

The food is excellent. However, service is going done, prices are going up and they are making portions smaller. So now that the prices are higher you get a lot less for your money since they cut the portion sizes. Raising the prices I can understand, but cut back on portions is not smart business. One or the other. I wouldn't mind paying more for the same amount of food, but now they seem money hungry and not valuing the customer.

The food is always great. It's like Subway or Moe's, except Mediterranean style food. The owner seems pleasant and the staff are nice.
