    If you catch him open, stop. You will not be dissapointed. Not only is the food great, Bill makes you feel like family. Enjoyable from start to finish.

    This place is soooo ridiculously good!! The food is so authentic and so is Wild Bill himself. I love the menu. I love the smell of the smoker. I love supporting a local business with killer food and amazing customer service! I love it all! We brought our dog and our 1 year old. We all had an amazing time! If you want the royal treatment, bring Bill a six pack of Bud light. You will not be disappointed.

    You would think of New York as a spot for BBQ, but let me tell you folks this spot is a hidden gem! Friendly, down-to-earth people with delicious smoked brisket on a fresh roll. If I were you I'd stop in if you're in the area and don't forget to get your sandwich with a side of mac! Dirty kid approved:)

    Brisket sandwich was amazingly delicious. Beef was tender, flavorful, and plentiful. Fresh roll, Cajun corn side. All wonderful. Thanks, Bill.
