McDonald's

I was there this morning, around 8:15, for my breakfast and this young manager or asst mgr, Christian, was short-handed but he was doing an amazing job working the front counter, drive-thru and the kitchen and the beauty of it was that nobody was waiting for long time or anything. This was pure confidence, capability and understanding that a young worker must handle his/her job regardless of your coworkers not being able to make it on time. And, get this, he was nice and professional the whole time.
Kudos to you Christian. Job well done!
I'm writing this so McDonald's is informed about his performance and my customer satisfaction.

This location has a pretty decent Play Place which is great for the kids. Aside from that, it's McDonald's: you know what you're going to get so there are no surprises. Maybe it was just the one time I went but the service was slow even though it wasn't busy. Probably 15 minutes to get our food even though we didn't order anything exotic.
