Amazing food. Highly recommend

I stop in every Friday, $5 a meal, to pick up food for the week! The food is delicious and I like that it's portion controlled, I don't have to cook either! There are some things I'm not crazy about like the broccoli, I pick it out, and plain sliced chicken, I add a roasted pineapple glaze, normally I like both of these things.There are so many delicious meals to choose from, garbage plate, buffalo meatballs, anything with joseph sauce, italian wedding soup and they add new things as well. They have fantastic soups, salads and even desserts! There are also protein powders and things like that but I only go in for the food. You can preorder online too! Everyone in there is always pleasant and helpful.

I’ve been trying out different meal prep places and this by far is my favorite!! I’ve visited two locations and both times have been extended great customer service! I’m impressed by not only the staff but the meals are amazing as well! If you’re on the fence definitely go talk to Sierra, she’s so helpful and made my experience smooth.

Meals are delicious, keep me on track and keep me full! Everyone is very friendly at the shops. I highly recommend 95 Nutrition!

After seeing all of their delicious meals on social media, I figured I would give it a try. I've only been getting meals for the past few weeks, but everything I've had so far has been amazing. I've been stopping in the store and they always have a great selection of meals. I've been so impressed with all the flavors in each meal and especially how filling they are, you'd be surprised! Especially love their $5 Fridays! And not to mention the staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable, which really helped for my first time there. I love it & would highly recommend 95 Nutrition to anyone considering it!
