Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was just there and by accident my order didn't make it to my bag. Human mistake so I called just to let them know there is a random order likely on the counter. Bianca the SM was so kind and apologized and insisted on making it right. As a SM myself it was wonderful to see another leader care that much about their business integrity. Great even with the mistake.

Evilys, Barbara, and Marcus served me and it was a most pleasant experience. I do believe this is the best service I have ever received at any Chipotle I have ever visited. I hope every time I visit it is as great as this one was.

I love chiptole. Sometimes staff are rude when I ask for extra rice. Portion sizes have definitely decreased over time and they barely fill half a bowl unless you request extra. Also went once and was told the grill was broken and there was no chicken made.

Had a great experience. The line was long but the workers worked together and got everybody served in a timely manner. Great job. Food was great almost made me forget about my diet and get seconds..

I have eaten at this location several times in the last month. I usually get chicken or steak in a burrito bowl or burrito. During my last visit I ordered a vegetarian (tofu) burrito. I thought I would miss the meat, but I did not and was also pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable it was because the tofu is spicy. Quick service because friendly staff and managers work well together as a team.
