Customer service excellence is a priority at this restaurant. The staff genuinely enjoy working together and do whatever they can to deliver an enjoyable dining experience. I was pleasantly surprised to see dragon shrimp, which is an Asian-inspired dish, on the menu. The portion was large and unless you are very hungry (as I was) you will likely have leftovers. I love spicy food so the only thing I would change is to make the soy-ginger sauce a little more spicy.

My family held a birthday gathering for me at the McKinley mall location. Things weren't looking good as we had waits of 20 minutes for draft beers at the bar. Things dramatically improved when our group of 14 were seated. I think the wait staff did a great job keeping everything topped off at the table. Kudos to them.
One other small complaint, while the men's room was very clean the floor under and around the urinal was quite grungy

Great visit for lunch yesterday. I had the king crab legs and hubby had endless shrimp (rewards promotion). The food was quick, hot and delicious. Our server was attentive and funny (I think her name was Brittney?) And she always had a smile on her face even though being a server and pregnant cant be easy!

Food was great, waitress was awesome! Very attentive to my 18mo granddaughter... making sure we received her food first so that we could get her settled before our food arrived, didn't put hot dishes within her arms reach, even accommodating when she asked for ice cream please! Great time!

The service was great. Our waiter was excellent. It is just too expensive. $74.00 for 2 entrees, one appetizer and waters. We won't be back. The food quality is NOT worth $74.
