Anchor Bar

Pretty good, but really, with the reputation they have to live up to, some things could be better.
Our little pieces of celery were sad and not tasty. The packaged blue cheese was a disappointment. Two of the wings were a decent size but the other three were miniature. ( Not like Duff's!) No wet naps in sight for sticky fingers.
A lot of effort went into the decoration and design of the restaurant. It's very inviting and fun. There just needs to be a little more effort in what Anchor Bar is known for: the wings!

Great restaurant, Wings were great size, tender, moist, cooked well. Hostess seated us promptly, waiter was at our table right away bringing us menus and taking out drink orders. I ordered traditional wings while my Son ordered a boneless breaded tenders with a side of French fries. Service was excellent, prompt, pleasant and helpful. Ive eaten at many wing and roadhouse style restaurant over the years and this one is really good. I will return one day. I’m very picky and believe most restaurants lack when it comes to service this one does not! Excellent value and service! 10+

Great food, service slow and we were there during off hrs. But definitely worth the wait. Friendly staff. Chic fingers delicious and moist. Drinks were amazingm we will return

The service at the bar was amazing. The bartender Taylor was one of the best I have experienced in my 20 years of running bars and restaurants across the country. I highly recommend stopping bye to say hi to her.

The history was intriguing and the service was great, but the two of my wings that were the drumstick part of the wing were so tough on top of the meat, I couldn't eat that part. I only got 5 wings and a salad. Both a la cartel I also think you should offer a wing meal that includes fries and slaw or a salad as an option. The man with me only ordered boneless wings and a salad and would have definitely paid more for a meal. I did like the taste of the sauce on the wings. Thanks to the founders of the Buffalo wings!
