Jersey Mike's Subs

First time ever going to Jersey Mike's and man is it good! I got the Big Khuna chicken 🤤 oh its so good! Best sub I've had hands down! Definitely gained a lifetime Customer service was great people were super friendly and it was very clean!!!

Today was a day of giving at Jersey Mike’s. I ordered online, but when I went into the restaurant, it was packed, so it took a bit longer. Totally understandable. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many workers behind the counter in a tight spot working so hard. The tickets comically kept coming out of the printer, but yet it was like a well-oiled machine. I don’t think that anyone minded the delay because there was no reason to get upset. It was busy and everyone was fine with it. Great job today, Jersey Mike’s! By the way, our subs were delicious!

Couldn’t ask for a better sub. Highly recommend it! The service since opening has been top notch and the ingredients always taste fresh. 11/10 would recommend.

We ordered 3 subs for dinner. Two were fine, the 3rd had a very dry almost stale roll. I don't think it was stale, regardless, not edible.

We brought the sub back, I very sternly and upset asked for the manager. Zack introduced himself as the owner. He agreed the roll wasn't great, refunded our order, and made a new sub for my husband.

Zack was polite, professional, and cared to make it right.

Additionally, the employees there all seemed very happy and were working seamlessly together. There was a break in the action for a moment and each of them went to cleaning and tidying a section. In minutes the place was in tip top shape again.

Lastly the replacement sub was fantastic! Thank you for making it right!
