Jim's Steakout

This was by far the best steak sub I have ever had...the stinger was amazing. First time here and it was a great visit with my mouth watering for the beast that was made for me... thanks to Alexande and the entire staff for making this a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back with friends and family. Fantastic customer service and amazing hoagie????????????????????

One of the best food takeout experiences I've ever had in my life! I had to take my wife to Kenmore Mercy hospital late last night, Wednesday, 8/28-29/19. Everything was a whirlwind for me last night with her being so ill, and I never had a chance to eat dinner. At 2:30am in the morning I was ravenous! All that was open in that area at that time was Jim's Steakout on Delaware avenue between Sheridan drive in the 290. How the staff could be so friendly and so helpful at that time of the morning, was & still is beyond me! The assorted sub they made for me was absolutely delicious and of the highest quality! These were a very friendly group of people with lots of friendly smiles that were naturally genuine, especially the young woman who took my order, wish my wife and myself well. It was so terrific to find that the only place open was also a place with such genuinely friendly people, & the highest quality of food at 2:30am in the morning!!! To be treated so wonderfully at that time of the morning when my wife was in the hospital with my being so distraught was absolutely wonderful! Thankfully my wife turned out to be fine. My warmest thank you to the staff of Jim's Steakout on Delaware ave. at 2:30am in the morning for such wonderful food & service! Thank you for such high quality food and for helping me to smile while I was under such duress.????

Always pleasant with the staff. Food is always good, very seldom am I disappointed with the food. Also worth tipping because they are appreciative and work very hard!

Manager and staff are very informative and nice. If you're in this area, not stopping is a mistake. Great food
