First time there! Absolutely Amazing flavors. Best donuts I've had! Very friendly!

Love the menu. They have a lot of off-the-wall items here - check out the online menu! The oreo and the reese donuts were great. Their green tea is also very good.The staff is friendly and there is a nicely remodeled place to sit and eat inside.

The best and I mean the best donuts. They most definitely top the rest of the donut shops for certain. The customer service is excellent as well . Fast and friendly did I say fast ? But they need to open one in the Falls somewhere on the Blvd. Or Military. Would be much appreciated. Would do very very well in that area. Please open one close to home . As you see I travel to your tonawanda location every Saturday . Just to indulge in your wonderful treats. Well maybe you shouldn't open one here in the Falls. I might indulge myself way too much then lol.

The donuts are amazing here. I'm never disappointed! This location has a nice, modern interior and lounge-like atmosphere. I was also impressed with the breakfast options. I tried a bacon breakfast sandwich on a croissant and it was delicious! I'm planning on trying a breakfast sandwich on a donut next time I visit. However, the reason for 4/5 stars? If you want friendly, welcoming service, come to this location in the morning. The later night staff who work the front are less than welcoming and seem like they don't even want to serve you.

Clearly the best donuts Buffalo. They have the best variety. Their cherry donut is awesome, and really no where else has one. Strawberry cheesecake is wonderful, as is the honey dipped. Skip all those other places and go to Donut Kraze.
