Jay's Artisan Pizzeria

I never been to this place before but it had really good reviews soni thought we'd check it out. I'm so glad we did. I called to order the pizza and they asked what time I wanted it which I thought was odd buy some people may order ahead of time. When we picked it up and paid it was right on time to the exact minute. Another customer tried to order a pizza but they ran out of dough for the day. This was around 7pm. We had the Margherita and the Speck. The Margherita was good, it had basil, cheese (parm), pepperoni , and sauce. The speck however was really good. It was a white pizza that had a truffle and porcini cream sauce, mushrooms, prosciutto, cheese, and garlic. The pizza itself is thin and could feed 2 people and be satisfied. Prices were a little high but worth it. This is a special occasion once and a while pizza.

The food was amazing! Delicious dough , flavorful sauce... loved the cherry peppers on my pepperoni pizza (Sicilian hot cherry pepper pizza). Only thing I didn’t like was the charge for water ($1) and it’s given in a small glass...( 8oz)

Great pizza with superior ingredients. And to top it off, one of the best slices of cake I ever ate!

Love pizza , dough and light and airy. Favorite is a deep dish. Owners is friendly staff is great

I've driven by Jay's many times and really never thought to drop in. My friend has a wood fire pizza oven and we make pizzas during the summertime. My family and I stopped in and what a treat! Fresh and delicious! No wonder why they win awards. The staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. Cant wait to stop in again soon.
