    Back in 1999 this McDonald's location was absolutely, positively, the WORST McDonald's I have ever patronized. And It was a real shame because I liked to get a light breakfast there before catching my Metro bus downtown to get to work at the adjacent Transit Center. I even used to get there early, and my order STILL came up late.

    However I was recently there since they remoded the place and (seemingly) removed all of the management. The result? My order arrived just a minute or two after I placed it at the counter, and it was hot, fresh, and 100% accurate.

    The best part of the McDonald's 'redux?' I think that since they brought the fresh Quarter Pounder beef patties into the menu they truly outdid themselves.

    So check this place out! They aren't the slow dinosaur restaurant that they used to be. And this is also one of the last local McDonald's that has an outdoor Play Place for yer youngins to enjoy.

    Always great food, staff is super friendly and courteous about letting me coming in close to lobby close, cashier was very friendly!
