    I would've given this location a 4 or 5 until about a month ago. I go in LITERALLY every day and get a special vanilla latte and the girls that worked the morning shifts knew me, knew my order, were happy and said hi. Now since the lobby has been closed (about a month): i cant walk there anymore, people are rude, messing up my order, waiting for forever for my order, the espresso machine is "broken" where i well know it's just that they forgot to clean it. I want the ladies back from before!
