Best beef on kimmelwick and German potato salad around! Love this place! Visit every time we go back to Buffalo. Now they have take out. I was able to bring some back to Michigan. Yahoo!!!

Classic Americana that is quickly fading. Unlike so many of these places the food has not dropped off. Great roast beef and sides. Germany potato salad (mustard based) is a perfect compliment. Go enjoy the food and know you are helping keep these kinds of places active and in business

I’ve been wanting to try this place for some time now and I’ve finally had the chance. The verdict: it’s ok. I had the beef on week, potato salad and pickled beets. The bread on the sandwich is good, the beef was sliced a little to thick for my taste. It has good flavor but, was tough to bite through just about every time. The potato salad is good as were the pickled beets. Glad I tried it but, in my opinion there are better beef places in Buffalo

Food was very good. Loved the potato pancakes, German potato salad, and beef sandwich. Waitress and cook were personable, friendly and fun. They have been in business over a hundred years. A definite Buffalo food cuisine to experience.
