Delta Sonic Car Wash

Thank you to Alex P. and Gary F. for fitting me in the last day before my inspection was due. They even took the time to fill up my fluids and change out the wrong oil plug. This was my first inspection with Delta Sonic and they were very knowledgeable and thorough in answering all my questions.

Exceptional customer service always received at this location. Employee Allie Balys helped choose the best detailing option for my wants and was extremely kind while doing so! Will definitely be back in the future.

We came in for an oil change and Alex Parilla was phenomenal. He explained our needs and was incredibly kind. We signed up for the premier club and we came out on top! Alex and the automotive team are always incredibly Awesome with us!! Love Delta Sonic!!

This location is consistently amazing. But yesterday they hit it out of the park.

Alex in service was very accommodating and thorough. He even took our service request past the last appointment when he was under no obligation to do so.

Samantha was extremely professional when checking us in for interior detailing. In fact, the entire detailing crew did an amazing job with my truck.

Melissa with the Brick Oven shop was also extremely professional and the food was excellent.

Finally, Shannon the manager helped my remove my truck rack when it became apparent it would't make the clearance. He very patient and even provided the required tools.

I just was provided help and assistance via Marc Brooks at the West Seneca location. He was very personable, knowledgeable, considerate and kind. I recommend going to this specific branch just for his service.
