“This store is exceptional, iv been to alot of other 711's around this area and this is by far the cleanest one. Store is always kept nice from the shelves to the floor. Always have fresh food out , Coffee is always full. I also give the employees alot of credit for dealing with some of the rude customers that I see in there at times. “I dislike the fact that I was charged again for the Detective Pikachu drink cup ($3.99) I had purchased a few days prior. I came in the store with it. The cup should have been charged as a refill instead the cashier rung it up as a new purchase with my slushy inside. I told her of her mistake and she told me she has no way of knowing whether it was a new purchase or refill because she didn't watch me walk in the store with the container. This problem needs to be corrected. New merchandise such as this should not be able to ring up again. If I have a refill (make that known after entering the store) I should be given something by the employee so there's no confusion on what the transaction is. Thank God the cashier remembered me so it wasn't a huge problem.”
