Went here for dinner for a bachelorette party. Service was very prompt and food was delivered quickly. Everything was delicious- just different enough to be fun. Two of us are vegans, and we were able to enjoy the food here with very limited modifications. Pricing was reasonable, bar menu had a nice range of options. I would happily come back here for a date night or with my kids.
Visited on August 26, 2019, for lunch. It was a beautiful late summer day, hardly a cloud in the sky, so we decided to eat lunch on their deck. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and given our choice of tables. Our server was friendly and efficient. The menu had many good choices and the beverage options were ample. Our meals were served promptly and the food was well prepared and delicious. The prices were more than reasonable. This place did not disappoint; I would return. I would also tell family and friends visiting Lake Placid that, based on our experience, they would most likely enjoy Generations! Cheers!
Great restaurant offering pub food that is above average fare. The wings, burgers and salads are quite good.
A complete breakfast is also available in the mornings.
The happy hour starts early and draws a nice crowd.
We are from Ontario, Canada here on vacation. We are so impressed with the food here and also impressed with our attentive server Brandon. Great plate presentation and fantastic flavours. Even the kids menu offered generous portions and the same great presentation. Not to mention such beautiful views of the Lake Placid scenery from our table. Would definitely recommend!
We got a table on a weekday evening in June. Our server was very nice, but disappeared after serving our dinner. Their gluten-free pizza is to die for. Big and delicious. I could not eat it alone, even though I was very hungry. My friend had to eat the last quarter. I can wholeheartedly recommend the pizza. In addition, they had delicious beer from the tap. The restaurant itself is very big and you can sit outside. As more people arrived it got really loud in the dining room.
