Delightfully welcoming & friendly place, excellent service. My sandwich was excellent and the coconut cream pie was the best I've ever had - simply to die for. Most folks don't know from good pie anymore, but these people do! Our server told us people line up in the mornings to find out if the pies are done and they often sell out. All are pies baked fresh on the premises daily. On the first weekend in October, they were open until 8:30 on a weeknight when everywhere else was closed at 6pm or closed for the season. Decor is an interesting assemblage of old photos taken in the area - lots of cool history. Booth seating mostly, with counter top seating also available.

Cute place, great service, good food! Enjoyed my breakfast sandwich and the pancake was divine. Would include a pic but I ate it too fast.

We stopped in for lunch on the way back home to Kingston from Lake Placid. I ordered the Rubens sandwich and it was amazing! The waitresses were very friendly and if I lived closer I would go back regularly.

Great little joint that serves comfort food and classic diner fare. Yummy pies!! Reasonable prices, a fun place to chat with the locals. Very Adirondack style decor, fun and interesting.
Our waitress was really friendly and cool, wish I could remember her name.
Will definitely eat here again when passing through Tupper Lake.
Highly recommended...especially the pie!
